Malala's story in pictures.
→ Did you know that a girl named Malala was the youngest person in the world to win a Peace Nobel Prize?
💡 After reading Malala's interesting book, we wanted to be creative so we broke some rules!
We read her story in class and this is what students can remember about her.
"I know that Malala is a girl who fights for the education of girls in her country" Juanse
"I know that Malala got shot because she was campaigning for girls' education and she created a kids' charity. I Also know that she wrote a blog about how was her life in Pakistan". Camilo
"I liked Malala’s story because
she is a very good person. Although Malala is a brave and generous girl, the Taliban
tried to kill her" Juana.
"Now I know that Malala is 20
years old. She is famous for fighting for girls’ education. She received a
bullet in the head when she was 14 years old. But she survived. When Malala was
17 years old, she won the Peace Nobel Prize" Julián.
"Malala is a girl who fights for peace in her country .I enjoyed her story very much because she is a role model" Juan Ignacio.
📷 We learnt some basic rules when we are taking pictures:
1- You are not allowed to take photos directly to the sun or lights.
2- You have to focus on the main subject.
3- You are not allowed to leave "negative space" behind someone in a photograph.
4- You have to take photos with straight lines.
💡 After reading Malala's interesting book, we wanted to be creative so we broke some rules!
✔ In the first picture you can see that the main subject is going out of the photograph.
✔ In the second one, we changed the perspective and we don't have straight lines.
✔ Finally, we wanted the prize to be the focus in the picture and not Malala.
Here we wanted to recreate her last day at school.
Here is a recreation when the Taliban shot Malala when she was going home. She was 14 years old.
This image shows when Malala received the Peace Nobel Prize.
Well done!
